  • We start with a quick discovery call or questionnaire to understand your vision. From there, we create a clear plan including shot lists, timelines, and any creative direction so you know exactly what to expect on shoot day. After the session, we handle editing and deliver your final media through an online gallery.

  • Yes. A non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and begin pre‑production. The remaining balance is due by the day of the shoot unless a payment plan has been arranged.

  • Absolutely. We understand that creative services are an investment. Flexible payment plans are available for most projects just let us know during booking, and we’ll structure a plan that works for you.

  • Every package includes professional shooting, editing, and delivery of high‑quality final files. Depending on the service, you may also receive planning support, location guidance, multiple angles, color grading, and options for add‑ons like reels, extended cuts, drone footage or additional coverage.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events or peak seasons. Some dates fill quickly, and early booking ensures we can give your project the attention and preparation it deserves.
